Players write chat, notes and display names, and share hand replays by link. If you believe material on GrindSense infringes a copyright you own or represent, this page says how to tell us and what happens next. We respond to notices that meet the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Send notices by email to the contact address with "DMCA" in the subject, or by post to the designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:
StoriaBrevi LLCKnowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
We remove or disable access to the material identified in a complete notice, tell the person who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice or its substance. Incomplete notices get a reply saying what is missing.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing: identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which StoriaBrevi LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice; and your physical or electronic signature.
We forward counter-notifications to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material between ten and fourteen business days after receiving the counter-notification.
We close the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid notices, and we may close an account after a single notice where the infringement is flagrant.
Trademark, privacy, harassment and other complaints about material on GrindSense go to the same address without the DMCA subject line; the Terms say what we remove and why.
